(1) Opening Hours :

• Mon: Closed.
• Tues〜Sun: Open for reserved group tours only. Not open for individual visits.It is recommended that the scheduled visit time to be at least 2 hours. For groups of less than 15 people, please visit The Hall of Buddha Maitreya

(2) Special Notice :

• Reservations are limited and available on a first-come-first-served basis. Please confirm with us to see if the reservation is successful.
• Group tour reservations are only available for parties of 15 or more. Each tour includes briefing and performances; therefore, a full 2 hour tour reservation is highly recommended.
• If on the day of the visit, the group arrives at the Nature Loving Wonderland and the tour guide (or leader) arbitrarily shortens the originally scheduled visit time without prior notice, or causes the visit to be less than 1.5 hours, Nature Loving Wonderland may cancel the group's visit qualification for that day and suggest rescheduling to the second venue.The Hall of Buddha Maitreya is open to all
• Successful Reservation: Please make reservations at least 7 days prior to the visiting date. After we have received your application, we will send you a confirmation email within 7 working days. If you have not received any confirmation email, please contact us as early as possible at 03-621-4596.
• Cancellations or Changes: To change the date of your visit, or to update the number of visitors, or to cancel your reservations, please contact us by phone at least three days prior to your visiting date. We will respond to you according to your situations.
• If your group is unable to arrive on time, please notify us by phone as early as possible. If no prior notification is received and your group is found to be late for more than 20 minutes, then the group tour service will automatically be cancelled. In another case, if no prior notification is given and the reserved group does not show up at all on the date of visit, then the tour reservation of the group will not be accepted for a duration of three months.
• For group leaders, please ensure the safety and order of your group and remind your group members to follow the visiting guidelines of the Nature Loving Wonderland.
• In case of special events, the Nature Loving Wonderland will adjust the opening hours accordingly and reserve the right to cancel all group tour services.
• In case of inclement weather (i.e. typhoons, earthquakes, or any other natural disasters), should the Hsinchu County Government broadcast a work cancellation announcement, Nature Loving Wonderland reserves the right to cancel group tour services without any notification.

(3) Privacy Policy :

• Nature Loving Wonderland will collect and process your personal data as required for reservation services. To respect your rights and interests, our organization will handle your data honestly and in good faith, never exceeding the necessary scope for the specified purposes, and ensuring that the use of your data is legitimately and reasonably related to the purpose of collection. Your data will not be shared with any third party.
• By applying for reservation services, you agree that Nature Loving Wonderland may use the personal data you provide to verify your identity, contact you, and use it within the necessary scope for handling the reservation process.
• If you wish to delete the personal data you have provided for this reservation service, you may submit a request to our organization in accordance with the relevant provisions of Taiwan’s Personal Data Protection Act.
